By accessing or using BLAS AI (“the Service”), operated by TAVARA Holdings / Solomon Teknika (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
BLAS AI is an AI-powered business operating system that provides conversational AI assistants (“Heroes”) across multiple business domains including strategy, operations, finance, marketing, sales, and technology. The Service uses third-party AI providers to generate responses.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
- One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
- Generate spam, phishing content, or malware
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws
5. AI-Generated Content
- AI responses are generated by third-party language models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases
- AI-generated content should not be treated as professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise)
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI responses
- You retain ownership of content you create using the Service
6. Usage Limits
The Service operates on free-tier AI providers with the following considerations:
- Rate limits apply: 30 requests per minute per user
- AI provider availability may vary; the Service uses multiple fallback providers
- We reserve the right to modify usage limits at any time
- Excessive or abusive usage may result in temporary or permanent suspension
7. Intellectual Property
- The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by TAVARA Holdings
- The BLAS AI name, logo, and hero names are trademarks of TAVARA Holdings
- You retain ownership of content you input into and create using the Service
- We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the Service
8. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- We shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated content
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TAVARA Holdings, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time
- We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
- We may retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
